Weight Loss Program
Our weight loss program uses Semaglutide injections, a compounded version of a GLP1 medication. Semaglutide helps to reduce your appetite, reduces cravings, and slows your motility which makes you feel full faster. Semaglutide, along with a healthy meal plan and exercise, can help you lose up to 15% of your body weight.
The program is a monthly membership fee of $300. You will be invoiced monthly from a credit or debit card on file. The fee includes your Semaglutide, regardless of the dose, supplies, labs, Nurse Practitioner appointments as well as monthly appointments with a Registered Nurse. You must attend all monthly visits and obtain labs/follow up labs or you will not be able to continue the program.
We provide counsel on 5 different meal plans as well as cardiovascular exercise routines. Your initial visit is with a Registered Nurse, who will obtain your medical history and intake, review meal plan options, and discuss your exercise plan. Your labs will be ordered and once the results are in you will have a telehealth visit with a Nurse Practitioner. If there are no contraindications the Nurse Practitioner will approve the start of Semaglutide.
Contraindications for Semaglutide are:
A history, or family history, of medullary thyroid cancer
A history of gall bladder disease (if your gall bladder has been removed that is ok)
A history of pancreatitis
A history, or family history, of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
If you are taking either of these two medications: Bexarotene or Gatifloxicin
